The University of Iceland is a progressive educational and scientific institution situated in the heart of Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland.
The Centre of Public Health Sciences is an international research institution and a vibrant community of academics, research specialists, and young scientists working on a diverse portfolio of population-based research. We conduct large-scale epidemiological studies to advance current understanding of evolving determinants of health to provide new knowledge-based strategies for health promotion, prevention and clinical praxis. We use nationwide population health registers and couple of cohorts.
We will participate in WPs 1-3. We will provide register data and conduct analyses in the SAGA cohort and register data. In WP1, we lead 3 tasks in objective 3 and in WP2, we lead a task in objective 3.
